Plant Maintenance

Conpeed provides plant operation and maintenance services
to operating plants. We have established a professional competence in maintenance of process, power and other industrial plants.

Shut Down Maintenance/Turnarounds

Conpeed has a competent and experienced personnel staff
for turnaround maintenance services (window shut downs) related to:

• Heat Exchangers
• Pressure Vessels
• Piping Systems
• Furnaces including Refractory and Insulation Repair
• Columns and Towers
• Pre-fabrication of Piping Spools & Tie-ins
• Electrical and Instrumentation

Turnaround Execution

Under this arrangement Conpeed only estimates manpower requirement on the basis of the scope of work developed by
the client and subsequently ensures execution by providing appropriate maintenance team and other support facilities.
Our speciality is on conveyor systems, stockyard machineries and port material handling equipment like shiploaders and unloaders. We are responsibility of complete turnaround planning, procurement of spares, tools and equipment.
